Transparency International - Sierra Leone

The Global Coalition against Corruption - Fighting Corruption in Sierra Leone

National and International Volunteer and Internship Program

TISL is currently seeking qualified volunteers and interns from abroad to serve with us here in Freetown. This opportunity would allow interns the chance to gain valuable experience as well as to contribute in a meaningful way towards curbing corruption promoting integrity, accountability and transparency in order to strengthen good governance, peace and democratic development in Sierra Leone. Sierra Leoneans in the diaspora are especially encouraged to apply. Internships typically last between 4 weeks or more.

Due to a lack of resources, volunteers and internships are unpaid, so we would advice you locate funding in the form of grants from universities and other institutions to finance your trip and stay. We would be able to provide invitation letters assist in securing a visa and on locating accommodation in Freetown. Click here to know more about Sierra Leone Visa information.
